CAAS Accounting Supervisor
Position Overview
The CAAS Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Client Accounting Services (CAAS) team, ensuring high-quality accounting services are delivered to clients. This role involves managing audit processes, supervising staff, and collaborating with clients to meet their accounting needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Supervise and lead the CAAS team to deliver exceptional accounting and audit services to clients.
ā¢ Coordinate and manage audit processes to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
ā¢ Review and analyze financial statements, reports, and accounting records for accuracy and completeness.
ā¢ Provide guidance and support to team members in handling client inquiries and resolving accounting issues.
ā¢ Develop and implement best practices for client accounting services, including payroll and tribal accounting.
Qualifications
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
ā¢ CPA certification or equivalent preferred.
ā¢ Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or auditing, with a focus on client accounting services.
ā¢ Strong knowledge of audit processes and accounting standards.
ā¢ Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and interact with clients.
