[Remote] Business Systems Analyst with ERP || W.2 only.. no C.2.C/ No H.1s
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Prudent Technologies and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a 12-month contract position. The role involves working with ERP and PIM/PXM tools, focusing on data governance and product lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Candidate must have worked in at least one of the following (more is ideal):
ā¢ ERP (any major platform ā e.g., Sage X3, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
ā¢ PIM/PXM tools (e.g., Salsify or similar systems)
Skills
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems or Engineering; or equivalent work experience
ā¢ 5+ years of information technology experience
ā¢ Working on digital platforms such as ERP, PIM/PXM, DAM and the interconnectivity of core and enriched data properties
ā¢ Demonstrated experience with product lifecycle, data governance, data collection, data migration, product data requirements such as regulatory data, and GS1/UPC creation and management
ā¢ Experience working with an Agile mindset and methodology on large scale, technically complex projects
ā¢ Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle
ā¢ Demonstrated experience working with teams that leverage software engineering practices
ā¢ Must be self-motivated and pragmatic
ā¢ Be accountable, adaptable, and collaborative
ā¢ Data driven analysis skills that help drive continuous improvement
ā¢ Excellent team player with the ability to influence and negotiate
ā¢ Highly adaptable to changing environment
ā¢ Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams
ā¢ Must have situational awareness with an understanding of when to listen and when to be assertive
ā¢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
ā¢ Candidate must have worked in at least one of the following (more is ideal): ERP (any major platform ā e.g., Sage X3, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) or PIM/PXM tools (e.g., Salsify or similar systems)
