[Remote] Business Systems Analyst (Claims) - 100% remote

They have an immediate need for a Business Systems Analyst to lead requirements management efforts for large projects, ensuring complete understanding of software requirements and producing necessary documentation. Responsibilities • Leads the requirements management efforts for large projects to include new client implementations and large strategic projects; devises and executes a requirements management plan for assigned projects; and takes ownership of the business analysis role throughout the project. • Identifies and understands stakeholders; initiates and facilitates meetings and discussions with stakeholders as appropriate. • Works with project managers, project requestors, operations, business representatives, IT representatives and clients to ensure complete understanding of software requirements; provides business related IT knowledge to clients and business representatives during the requirements management process. • Produces project requirements documentation, including written documents, process diagrams, report mock-ups, wire frames and other documentation as required, using standard templates. Skills • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Business Systems Analyst being the liaison between business and IT and translating business requirements into functional/technical requirements including: • Software requirements/specifications documentation • Functional requirements/specifications documentation • Technical requirements/specifications documentation • Experience gathering requirements for application enhancements (screen or backend) • Experience with Interface files (fixed width, delimited, xml, API) • Experience with insurance claims related procedures and/or managed care systems and operations is desirable. • Client facing experience. • Executive level presence Company Overview • Motion Recruitment, a Kelly Company, delivers IT Talent Solutions for Contract, Direct Hire, Managed Solutions and Statement of Work to all of North America from our 21 delivery centers.
