[Remote] Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

They are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports, perform data analysis, and communicate insights to support strategic business decisions. Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI/Tableau to deliver clear, actionable insights to business users. • Perform advanced data analysis in Microsoft Excel using complex formulas, pivot tables, and analytical tools to support reporting and decision-making. • Apply strong knowledge of data modeling and ETL concepts to ensure accurate, structured, and reliable datasets for reporting solutions. • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps that support strategic business decisions. • Validate and ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reports and dashboards with strong attention to detail. • Translate business requirements into well-designed analytical models, dashboards, and visualization solutions. • Communicate insights, findings, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders through dashboards, presentations, and reports • Continuously enhance reporting processes, data models, and visualization standards to improve efficiency, usability, and data-driven decision-making. Skills • 1–5 years of experience in a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar data-focused role. • Hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau for building dashboards, data visualizations, and reports. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis techniques. • Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and analytics best practices • Knowledge of SQL or other query languages for data extraction and manipulation. • Excellent analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills. • High attention to detail with the ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. • MBA, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. • Experience with Python or R for analytics (optional but preferred). • Exposure to data warehousing concepts and business intelligence tools.
