Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Compunnel Inc. is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to help turn data into clear insights for better decision-making. This role involves building dashboards, analyzing trends, and supporting operational and strategic decisions through data insights. Responsibilities • Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports using Sigma and Mode to track key performance indicators (KPIs) • Work with business partners to understand their questions and translate them into data insights • Analyze trends, performance changes, and key drivers to support both operational and strategic decisions • Clean, validate, and transform data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency • Use data from Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to support supply chain and logistics reporting • Help define and standardize metrics so teams are aligned on a single source of truth • Clearly communicate findings through dashboards, written summaries, and presentations • Take ownership of your work and look for ways to improve data quality, reporting tools, and processes Skills • 3–6 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related role • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets • Hands-on experience building KPI dashboards using Sigma, Mode, or similar BI tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Experience cleaning, transforming, and validating data (SQL preferred) • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting quickly based on feedback • Experience with WMS, TMS, or supply chain/logistics systems • Exposure to marketplace, operations, or fulfillment analytics • Familiarity with data warehouses and modern analytics tools • Experience analyzing time-series data and operational performance trends • Interest in growing into advanced analytics, experimentation, or forecasting Company Overview • Compunnel Inc. is where AI-native solutions meet human ingenuity, helping enterprises reimagine talent, technology, and growth.
