They are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to drive pipeline growth within the health system market by engaging prospective health system customers and introducing their SaaS solutions.ResponsibilitiesResearch target health systems and hospital organizations to understand their operational structure, pharmacy workflows and key decision-makersIdentify and engage prospective buyers through outbound outreach including phone, email and LinkedInDevelop personalized outreach strategies tailored to the needs, challenges and priorities of each health system prospectCommunicate the value of SureCost’s solutions and generate interest that leads to qualified demo opportunities for the Sales teamBuild and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders across hospital pharmacy, supply chain and operational leadership teamsMaintain consistent follow-up with prospects through multiple touchpoints to move opportunities forwardPartner with Sales to coordinate and schedule demos with qualified prospectsTrack outreach activities, engagement and performance metrics within HubSpot and other sales systemsCollaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to share insights from prospect conversations and refine messaging and outreach strategiesStay informed about trends, challenges and regulatory changes impacting health systems and hospital pharmacy operationsParticipate in ongoing training and enablement to deepen understanding of SureCost’s solutions and improve prospecting effectivenessConsistently meet or exceed outreach, demo booking and pipeline contribution goalsSkills1–3 years of experience in a Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative or similar outbound sales roleExperience conducting outbound prospecting through cold calling, email and social outreachStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage healthcare stakeholders professionallyAbility to research target accounts and identify appropriate decision-makers within complex organizationsExperience using CRM and sales engagement tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfoHighly organized with strong time management and ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneouslySelf-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to contribute to pipeline growthExperience selling to health systems, hospitals or healthcare provider organizationsExperience working in B2B healthcare technology or SaaS organizationsFamiliarity with healthcare operational or regulatory environmentsExperience collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams in a revenue-driven organizationBenefitsFully Remote work environmentFlexible PTO (Highly suggested 3-week minimum)Flexible Hours to fit your work-life balance100% medical insurance premiums covered for employees (with a PPO or HDHP/HSA plan to choose from and an employer HSA contribution if you elect the HDHP/HSA plan!)70% medical insurance premiums covered for dependentsLow-cost vision and dental coverage for employeesAutomatic 3% employer contribution to 401k12 weeks of fully paid parental leaveAll necessary technology and equipment provided for your home office, including laptop, monitors, keyboard, mouse, and accessoriesProfessional development reimbursement to support continued learningCompany OverviewSureCost is software for the pharmacy that enables purchase, inventory, and workflows.
