[Remote] Business Development Representative (BDR) — High-Performance Sales Team

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tree Traction is building one of the highest output outbound sales teams in the home services marketing space. The role involves taking ownership of outbound pipeline generation and engaging US business owners to convert conversations into qualified strategy meetings.

Responsibilities
• You will take full ownership of outbound pipeline generation
• You’ll engage US business owners, run disciplined discovery, and convert conversations into qualified strategy meetings for our closers
• High performers here don’t stay as BDRs, they move into closing seats and management
• 150–200+ quality dials/day
• Clean CRM, zero data slop
• Strong discovery before pitch
• Objection control on live calls
• Consistent booked revenue
• Self-generated pipeline momentum

Skills
• 2-3+ years experience as a high output SDR/BDR
• Comfortable across modern sales tech stacks (CRM, dialers, automation)
• Ability to run conversations without reading scripts
• Ability to handle pushback without losing frame
• Track metrics daily and adjust fast
• Desire for earnings tied directly to performance
• Ability to take coaching and implement immediately
• Strict CRM hygiene and pipeline ownership
