[Remote] Business Development Partner
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Socure is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy, focusing on verifying identities and preventing fraud. The Business Development Partner will be the first point of contact for prospects and customers, working closely with sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline and cultivate relationships.ResponsibilitiesLearn the Socure brand and offerings and stay up to date on Socure’s TerminologyUnderstand our core products in order to effectively qualify and engage prospective customersPresent and pitch Socure products through a strategic method of cold calls, emails campaigns, and social media contactFollow up on inbound leads and referrals, maintaining CRM hygiene, and taking good notesConduct research to identify potential clients and target industriesGenerate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media prospectingArticulate the company's value proposition and product offerings to potential customersEngage with prospects and build relationships through effective communication and follow-upSchedule and coordinate meetings or product demonstrations with qualified leads for the sales teamCollaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and pipeline developmentKeep accurate records of lead interactions and sales activities using CRM softwareStay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activitiesAlign with campaign leaders and account executives to drive meetings with target accounts that result in net-new pipeline and deal velocitySkillsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsOutstanding phone skills and ability to handle 100+ calls per dayAbility to ‘hunt' for new leads and information on existing leadsAbility to set and hold a strong standard for self directed workPersonal drive and internal motivation towards high achievementProven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skillsPrior experience as a Sales Development Representative or Account Executive with a track record of achieving sales quotes with SaaS related productsExcited by the challenges of a fast-paced, mission-driven company set on disrupting the identity and fraud verification industrySelf-motivated and target-driven mindsetExperience in the Identity Verification, Fraud or Compliance SpaceFamiliarity with Outreach.io, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Salesforce CRM, and 6SenseBackground in SaaS, FinTech, Security Tech, or StartupsExperience in working closely with Marketing and SalesCompany OverviewSocure is a predictive analytics platform for digital identity verification of consumers.
