[Remote] Business Central Finance Consultant

Conspicuous is a leading Microsoft Dynamics partner seeking a Business Central Finance Consultant to deliver high-impact ERP implementations. The role involves collaborating with clients to configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions tailored to their financial processes and providing post-go-live support. Responsibilities • Lead and participate in end-to-end Business Central implementations, with a focus on financial modules • Collaborate with finance teams to gather and analyze requirements, configure the system, and deliver user training • Support clients post-go-live to ensure system adoption and optimization • Contribute to solution design and best practice recommendations • Work cross-functionally with project managers, developers, and technical consultants Skills • Proven experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central • Strong understanding of financial processes (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting) • Excellent client-facing and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Degree in Finance or Accounting is highly desirable • Must be based in EST or CST time zones (US or Canada) Benefits • Comprehensive benefits package • Career development with a growing Microsoft Partner • Opportunity to work on varied projects across multiple industries Company Overview • Conspicuous is a staffing agency that offers a complete dynamics 365 recruitment and consulting services.
