[Remote] Business Anlayst (Healthcare - EPIC)

The role involves driving digital transformation initiatives and ensuring seamless integration of EPIC modules with enterprise applications. Responsibilities • Collaborate with clinical and business stakeholders to capture, validate, and document functional requirements • Translate business needs into technical specifications and EPIC configuration recommendations • Lead workflow assessments, gap analysis, and optimization efforts for EPIC systems • Partner with cross-functional teams including product owners, architects, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions • Support EPIC implementations, upgrades, testing cycles, and end-user training • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, data governance, and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, PHI) • Troubleshoot system issues and provide production support to ensure continuity of care operations Skills • 10+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience in the healthcare domain • Hands-on experience with EPIC modules such as Care Management, Claims, Tapestry, or HIM • Proven capabilities in requirements engineering, process mapping, and Agile delivery frameworks • Strong communication superpowers with the ability to collaborate across clinical and technical audiences • Working knowledge of healthcare payer or provider workflows, data models, and interoperability standards (HL7/FHIR) Company Overview • Technogen, Inc.
