Job Overview

As a Business Analyst/Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and stakeholders to understand business needs and drive project success.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business, technical, and regulatory requirements
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)
Scope and assign tasks to the reporting project team, develop project plans, and manage timelines
Host and manage cross-functional team meetings, provide regular status reports, and manage risks
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), develop training materials, and provide post-production support
Work with the DataBricks team to validate platform capabilities against business requirements
Requirements
Proven experience in business analysis within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in rare disease, neurology, immunology, or gastroenterology
Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Qlik, Power BI, DataBricks, and cloud-based solutions
Strong project management experience, with the ability to manage risks, timelines, and cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience in developing training assets, leading UAT, and supporting post-production efforts
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
