Remote Business Analyst Opportunity with Coca-Cola - $26/Hour
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team at Coca-Cola. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations by providing data-driven insights and analysis to inform strategic decisions. This is a part-time, remote opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $26/hour.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct pre- and post-analysis of client programs, strategic initiatives, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing projects to support business decision-making
Investigate the performance of pilot drives and follow a testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing)
Maintain and update required tools based on business needs (e.g., BPM or Course Planning models)
Identify errors, discrepancies, and gaps in reporting and processes, and provide solutions
Proactively search for trends and patterns in data to identify opportunities or gaps for the business to consider or address
Support the development of Coke Florida tools to improve financial targets and enhance value chain capabilities
Model business scenarios based on known data sets and business needs/requirements
Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed, and create executive summaries
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of business management, supply chain, marketing, finance, or operations experience with an emphasis on analysis, modeling, or forecasting
Management consulting or engineering experience highly preferred
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLookups, and modeling capabilities
Strong data literacy and data visualization skills via Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
Proficient in other MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Access, Word, Visio)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of Profit and Loss Statement
Ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex projects
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and support various stakeholders
Strong change management skills and ability to work independently with a high degree of accountability
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, simulations, solver, and SQL
Statistical analysis using R or a similar tool
Knowledge of Edge Minder (Notable Intelligent Digger) or other data mining/sales reporting tools
Knowledge of SharePoint
Operational understanding of selling, distribution, warehouse, production processes
Project management or service experience
