Remote Brewery Accounting Associate

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing accounts payable, managing banking transactions, and contributing to monthly close procedures.

Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable in Bill.com and QuickBooks Online
Manage banking transactions, including matching, payroll, and bank reconciliations
Contribute to monthly close procedures, including reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of our team
Requirements:
Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field
Familiarity with QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and other accounting software platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Preferred qualifications:
Direct experience in AR/AP, bookkeeping, and monthly reconciliation in a remote environment
Sales or customer service experience
Familiarity with platforms such as Ekos, Square, Toast, Gusto, Paychex, ADP, Eventbrite, and Stripe
Experience with remote project management tools such as Podio, Trello, or Asana
