[Remote] Brand Designer (Tech/Fully Remote)

The Stamped Network is a creative agency seeking a Senior Brand Designer to craft standout design for high-growth clients in biotech, consumer, and wellness. The role involves leading creative teams, developing comprehensive brand identity systems, and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead and collaborate with creative teams across the full project lifecycle, from concept through brand guideline handoff
ā¢ Develop comprehensive brand identity systems and execute across digital, print, packaging, and environmental touchpoints
ā¢ Apply strong design judgment, competitive insights, and user experience thinking to maintain top-tier creative standards
ā¢ Present work confidently to clients, clearly articulating design rationale and responding to feedback
ā¢ Provide constructive feedback to junior designers while taking direction from design and creative leadership
ā¢ Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where priorities may shift week to week
ā¢ Occasional travel may be required
Skills
ā¢ 5+ years of experience designing brand systems across digital and physical platforms
ā¢ Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
ā¢ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
ā¢ Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
ā¢ Collaborative mindset and comfort working across disciplines
ā¢ Clear, confident communication skills when presenting work internally and externally
ā¢ Ability to engage with high-level brand strategy and translate it into impactful visual design
ā¢ Illustration, motion design, photo editing, or video experience is a plus, but not required
