Infrared Finance is the flagship application of the upcoming Proof of Liquidity consensus mechanism pioneered by Berachain. The application reimagines liquid staking in the context of the three-token architecture and the unique soulbound elements of BGT. The protocol maximizes value for stakeholders via social aggregation of BGT through its infrastructure-level PoL vaults and iBGT liquid staked derivative.

The Infrared core team is the driving force behind expanding our reach and influence over the multi-billion dollar opportunity of Proof of Liquidity. Were looking for a talented and visionary Brand Designer to join our team and help craft and evolve the visual identity of Infrared Finance. The ideal candidate will excel in creating compelling marketing materials, take initiative and ownership over their work, and thrive in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance Infrared Finances visual identity through graphics and design work.
Build upon our established brand guidelines and ensure consistency across external communications and platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute digital campaigns.
Creating engaging marketing materials that enhance brand storytelling and visual appeal.
Leverage design expertise to optimize and enrich user journeys and interactions.
Drive brand awareness and customer engagement through innovative design strategies.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in brand design, with a portfolio showcasing a wide range of work across digital and print media.
Proficiency in design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc) and an understanding of latest design trends.
Exceptional communication skills to articulate design designs and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong UX/UI design skills with a user-centered approach to enhance user experience and interface functionality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with motion graphics, 3D design, or video editing tools.
Education in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
Prior experience in web3 or DeFi.
