[Remote] Box Office Customer Service Associate - LTE

This role involves providing excellent customer service to patrons, managing ticket sales, and troubleshooting event-related issues through effective communication and support.ResponsibilitiesMonitor phone calls and box office email address to assist customers with inquiries and purchasing across WHSMaintain knowledge of current WHS events and experiences for sale through the online store and sold directly through the site/locationAscertain and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and/or requests in a courteous and timely manner with guidance from supervisor as neededUnderstand and communicate purchasing policies to customersCollect complete and accurate data from customers to correctly process payments and reconcile transactionsSupport the creation of tickets for events across WHS spaces to ensure accurate attendance dataSupport general ticketing monitoringConfigure event templates and related buildout in ACME Ticketing systemSupport ACME Ticketing Users with troubleshooting needsSupport ticket system onboarding for new usersSkillsExcellent customer service, interpersonal, communication, and telephone skillsDetail-oriented with an ability to work efficientlyAbility to communicate and interact professionally and pleasantly with customers and other staffAbility to learn and implement required WHS values and policiesExcellent computer skills and digital literacy, including a strong understanding of MS Word, Excel, Teams and OutlookKnowledge of basic cash handling procedures and fiscal responsibility, including PCI complianceSkills in basic arithmetic (math)Willingness to work flexiblyAbility to work select weekends, and some evenings and holidaysKnowledge of e-commerce, Point of Sales systems, and/or ticketing systems preferredSpecific knowledge of ACME Ticketing a plusCompany OverviewThe State of Wisconsin is a U.S. state located in the north-central United States, in the Midwest and Great Lakes regions.
