[Remote] Bookkeeper/Accountant REMOTE (Seasonal)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. JDA TSG is hiring Seasonal/Remote Team Members with expertise in QuickBooks Online for the upcoming tax season. The role involves providing guidance and answering bookkeeping questions to customers while ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Responsibilities • Using state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers, you will evaluate, provide guidance, and answer customers' bookkeeping and QBO questions, including financial statement discrepancies, chart of accounts customization, A/P and A/R issues, and anything else that may look off to you in our customers' books. • Create high-quality customer experiences that instill confidence and ensure all follow-up communication is executed timely. • Research regulations to support guidance. Skills • 3 years of professional experience using QBO for bookkeeping • QuickBooks ProAdvisor / QBO Level One Certification • Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple tasks • Proficient with technology; solid knowledge of computer operations and software • High degree of customer service skills - ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a way that is professional, friendly, and reassuring • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Must have (or be willing to obtain) a dedicated high-speed (DSL, cable, Fiber) internet connection (No Satellite) • Currently reside in the United States and have permanent work authorization in the U.S. Benefits • 401K + Match • Perks and other incentives Company Overview • JDA TSG is a management consulting company specializing in program management & process re-engineering services.
