Your Key Responsibilities:
? Bookkeeping & Accounting:
? Categorizing transactions & attaching receipts
? Processing payroll
? Month-end close & reconciliations
? Managing sales tax filings
? Administrative Support:
? Scheduling, prioritizing tasks & client follow-ups
? Drafting letters, preparing documents, & developing business forms
? Managing emails & organizing electronic documents
? Research & Process Improvement:
? Researching tax law, accounting standards, & software solutions
? What Were Looking For:
? QuickBooks Online (QBO) & Microsoft Excel experience REQUIRED (youll be tested!)
? Self-motivated & independent ability to work with minimal supervision
? Detail-oriented accuracy is key! Strong attention to detail, deadlines, and accuracy.
? Strong communicator must be comfortable speaking up & asking questions
? Tech-savvy ability to quickly learn new software
? Must have a secure, private dedicated home office free from distractions
? Reliable & secure internet connection
? Ability to pass a background & credit check
? Education: High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
