Key Responsibilities
Supervise the bookkeeping and financial reporting processes for independent practice owners.
Assist in transaction coding and collaborate with practice owners on decisions relating to expenses and capitalizing on equipment purchases.
Reconcile accounts and guarantee that monthly financial books are completed accurately.
Support payroll processes by managing payroll, tax payments, and report filing.
Provide assistance to up to 60 client practices monthly.
Contribute feedback and engage in enhancing our service offerings.
Required Skills
Expertise in QuickBooks Online is essential.
Experience with payroll systems such as QuickBooks Payroll, Gusto Payroll, ADP, and/or Paychex is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Excel, including proficiency with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other functions.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, time management, decision-making abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
Committed to collaboration and teamwork.
Adaptable and capable of succeeding in a dynamic setting.
Qualifications
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is mandatory.
Previous experience in bookkeeping is preferred.
Familiarity with small business financial management is beneficial.
A Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
