We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote BIM Modeler / 3D Visualization Specialist to join our team. Position Overview: As a Remote BIM Modeler / 3D Visualization Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing 3D models and visualizations of sports facilities and events. You will work closely with our project managers and design team to produce accurate and detailed models that will aid in the planning and execution of our projects. Key Responsibilities: - Create and maintain 3D models of sports facilities and event spaces using BIM software - Collaborate with project managers and design team to ensure accuracy and completeness of models - Produce high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings for presentations and marketing materials - Utilize BIM models to assist in project planning and construction coordination - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology - Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project goals are met - Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Work remotely and independently, while maintaining a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modeling and 3D visualization - Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or ArchiCAD - Strong understanding of construction and building systems - Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and detailed models - Experience with creating 3D visualizations and renderings - Knowledge of sports facilities and event planning is a plus - Excellent communication and time management skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Strong portfolio showcasing previous BIM modeling and 3D visualization work Benefits: - Competitive salary - Full-time, remote position - Opportunity for growth and advancement within the company - Work with a dynamic and innovative team - Collaborative and inclusive work environment Join the Evolution Sports Group team as a Remote BIM Modeler / 3D Visualization Specialist and help us bring our clients' visions to life.
