Your Responsibilities:
Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
Respond to requests for assistance and process payments as needed
Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
Provide feedback on call issues to help us improve our services
Meet sales objectives as defined by our team
Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish and English
6 months of customer service experience minimum
High school graduate or GED equivalent
Ability to type 25 wpm and navigate desktop computer systems
Proven oral and written communication skills
Logical problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Availability to work various shifts and adapt to a constantly changing environment
Work from Home Requirements:
Reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 12.0 Mbps and upload speed of 3.0 Mbps
ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
Proof of internet speed required
Clean and quiet workspace
