Remote Bilingual (Spanish) Speech-Language Pathologist – School-Based, WA Licensed
We’re hiring licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to support our partner schools in Washington for the upcoming school year. We’re especially looking for SLPs who are bilingual and confidently conversational in Spanish—or other languages!
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
• Provide speech-language evaluations and direct services to students
• Collaborate with educators and other professionals to develop IEPs with clear, targeted goals
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Keep open communication with families, staff, and students
• Complete documentation, including IEP reports and diagnostic evaluations
• Meet regularly with teachers and specialists to discuss strategies and support
• Actively contribute in team meetings and school-based discussions
What We’re Looking For
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Minimum of 1 year providing IEP-based therapy and evaluations in schools (post-CFY)
• Skilled in IEP meetings, case management, and creating comprehensive evaluations
• Bilingual in Spanish and English, able to deliver services in both
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable with technology and telehealth tools
• Available during standard school hours (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM)
