Remote Bilingual Social Worker (MSW/LSW) – English & Hebrew – New York State

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Bilingual Social Worker (MSW or LSW) fluent in English and Hebrew to join our expanding team. This is a fully remote position, providing virtual counseling and therapeutic support to clients aged 10 through 65. You will work with a diverse population across the state of New York and help ensure that our Hebrew-speaking clients receive the culturally appropriate care they deserve.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions for individuals (ages 10–65)
• Provide culturally sensitive care, especially for Hebrew-speaking clients
• Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with Medicaid and agency standards
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary care teams when needed
• * Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Fluency in both English and Hebrew (verbal and written)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (internships accepted)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic medical records (EMR)
