[Remote] Bilingual Sales/Customer Service Representative ($21/hr + Commission) - Remote

They are seeking a Bilingual Sales/Customer Service Representative who will deliver outstanding customer service to potential and existing customers, handling inquiries and providing information about storage facilities and campgrounds. Responsibilities Professionally handle customer inquiries via phone and email Demonstrate strong customer service skills with a sales-oriented approach Perform any tasks as assigned by management Ensure clear and timely communication with customers regarding property matters Handle inbound calls from tenants/customers and potential tenants/customers promptly and professionally Provide accurate and timely responses to customer emails or voicemails Generate daily revenue reports in Excel Maintain and troubleshoot communication equipment, reporting any issues promptly Skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet expectations accurately Manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and web-based tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Collaborate effectively within a team or work independently Demonstrate critical thinking in managing difficult customer situations and soliciting feedback for improvement Must be able to work between the hours of 7:00AM - 10:00PM Must be available to work one weekend day per week Bilingual Required High school or equivalent (Required) Spanish (Required) Background in sales, particularly phone sales, is preferred Benefits 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance On-the-job training Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Company Overview Prime Storage is a storage facility provider company offering simple, affordable, and local self-storage services across the United States.
