[Remote] Bilingual Road Service Specialist

The Bilingual Road Service Specialist role involves handling inbound calls, coordinating service vehicles, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure Members receive timely assistance. Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from Members, Vendors, Fleets, and others while coordinating service vehicles Be skilled at using multiple applications simultaneously and navigation tools like Google maps Deliver extraordinary customer service to our Members and work with Vendors and Fleets to ensure the service request is processed timely and efficiently Demonstrate empathy, problem solving, and listening skills to assess Member safety and be able to provide clear and proficient verbal and written communication Be reliable to work a schedule that may include weekends/holidays and adhere to your assigned work schedule Process Member/Vendor payments following company policy and procedures Enjoy working from home and have a dedicated work space free of distractions/noise that includes a desk, chair, etc, along with the ability to hardwire your internet connection Skills MUST LIVE IN UTAH OR ARIZONA Enjoy a fast paced environment: Handle inbound calls from Members, Vendors, Fleets, and others while coordinating service vehicles Be skilled at using multiple applications simultaneously and navigation tools like Google maps Deliver extraordinary customer service to our Members and work with Vendors and Fleets to ensure the service request is processed timely and efficiently Demonstrate empathy, problem solving, and listening skills to assess Member safety and be able to provide clear and proficient verbal and written communication Be reliable to work a schedule that may include weekends/holidays and adhere to your assigned work schedule Process Member/Vendor payments following company policy and procedures Enjoy working from home and have a dedicated work space free of distractions/noise that includes a desk, chair, etc, along with the ability to hardwire your internet connection Fluency in Spanish is a plus and you may be eligible to earn a pay differential Benefits 401k Matching – $1 for $1 company match up to 6% of eligible earnings per pay period Benefits – Medical, Dental, Vision, wellness program and more!
