Remote Bilingual Member Care Agent (French/English) - $18+/HR

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels in a timely and professional manner
Resolve member issues and concerns, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member interactions, using established systems and tools
Stay informed about product updates, policy changes, and industry developments to provide accurate and knowledgeable support
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and improve overall service delivery
Meet or exceed established quality and productivity metrics, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or similar environment
Fluency in French and English (written and verbal)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple systems
