Job Overview

We are seeking passionate and bilingual professionals to join our dynamic remote Healthcare Contact Center team. In this essential role, you will support patients by facilitating appointment scheduling, processing medication refills, coordinating transportation, and addressing general inquiries, all while providing exceptional service in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities
Ā• Assist patients in scheduling appointments, requesting medication refills, and coordinating transportation arrangements.
Ā• Address inquiries related to appointment specifics and center locations, accounting for approximately 30% of call volume.
Ā• Facilitate support during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) to ensure patients can effectively navigate their enrollment options.
Ā• Diligently document all patient interactions in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

Required Skills
Ā• Strong verbal communication capabilities.
Ā• Excellent problem-solving skills to manage various patient needs.
Ā• Ability to maintain high call quality and handle call volume effectively.
Ā• Bilingual proficiency, with fluency in Spanish being essential.
Ā• Technical aptitude, including access to a personal laptop, wired headset, and a stable wired internet connection for seamless onboarding.

Qualifications
Ā• A minimum of 6 months experience in a contact center environment; healthcare experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Ā• High school diploma or GED is required.
