Ā Facilitate support during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) to ensure patients can effectively navigate their enrollment options.
Ā Diligently document all patient interactions in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Required Skills
Ā Strong verbal communication capabilities.
Ā Excellent problem-solving skills to manage various patient needs.
Ā Ability to maintain high call quality and handle call volume effectively.
Ā Bilingual proficiency, with fluency in Spanish being essential.
Ā Technical aptitude, including access to a personal laptop, wired headset, and a stable wired internet connection for seamless onboarding.
Qualifications
Ā A minimum of 6 months experience in a contact center environment; healthcare experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
