[Remote] Bilingual Delfina Doula (Based in San Joaquin County, California)

Delfina Medical Group is a leading provider of pregnancy care data platforms and clinical services aimed at improving maternal and child health outcomes. The Bilingual Delfina Doula will serve as a virtual health coach, supporting pregnant patients and new mothers throughout their pregnancy and postpartum journey. Responsibilities Work alongside the Care Delivery manager to execute patient engagement and coaching protocols on a weekly basis Ensure patient’s engagement and participation for both pregnant patients and new mothers Ensure patients adhere to recommended care protocols and tracking as defined by the healthcare provider and/or organization Skills DONA (Birth, CD, or CBE), ICEA, CAPPA, or ProDoula certified Strong communication and conversational skills Experience with Web and mobile technologies Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must have Medicaid (Medi-Cal) approved is a plus Telehealth experience is a plus Ideally based in San Joaquin County Company Overview Delfina provides a personalized prenatal care system that uses the power of data to keep moms and babies safe during pregnancy.
