As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of our customer experience efforts. In this automated, high-volume, fast-paced environment, you'll handle customer inquiries via telephone, transforming every interaction into a positive experience. Your primary responsibility will be taking replenishment orders and skillfully selling our extensive portfolio of snack food products and exciting promotions.

This role is critical to our business growth. You'll help expand account profitability, revenue, and customer traffic while simultaneously building strong, lasting relationships. Your ability to turn routine calls into opportunities for upselling and customer retention will be key to your success—and we'll reward your contributions accordingly.

Key Responsibilities

As an integral member of our customer service team, you will:


Manage incoming calls professionally in both English and French language queues, ensuring every customer receives exceptional service regardless of the language they prefer
Process replenishment orders with precision and attention to detail, maintaining accurate and complete customer records in our Windows-based and web-based systems
Sell our product portfolio to both existing and new customers by showcasing our snack food offerings and promoting special deals and seasonal promotions
Address customer concerns and issues according to established procedures, using your problem-solving skills to resolve inquiries efficiently and professionally
Handle routine customer service inquiries as well as partner concern calls related to product sales and delivery issues
Transform calls into positive experiences by following our best call guidelines and turning every interaction into an opportunity to build customer loyalty
Proactively partner with customers to position yourself as the snack foods expert, offering recommendations and insights that enhance their purchasing experience
Utilize issue resolution techniques and follow-up protocols to handle a wide variety of questions, issues, and customer service needs with flawless coordination
Adhere to scheduling requirements by following established procedures and maintaining productivity standards
Document all customer interactions accurately in our systems to ensure continuity of service and enable continuous improvement


What We're Looking For: Your Qualifications

Essential Requirements


Educational background: High school graduate or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
Language proficiency: Fluent in both English and French (verbal and written)
Technical skills: Proficient in using a computer in a Windows environment and comfortable navigating web-based applications
Availability: Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST
Multi-tasking ability: Strong capability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining quality
Analytical skills: Strong analytical and processing skills with high attention to detail
Customer relations: Proven skills in handling customer complaints calmly, professionally, and with poise


Preferred Qualifications


Previous experience in food and beverage or retail customer service
Familiarity with automated call distribution systems
Sales experience with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets
Experience with CRM software and order management systems
