Requirements:
Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment with minimal supervision
6 months of customer service experience preferred, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
High school graduate or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to type 25 words per minute, with excellent oral and written communication skills
Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems and navigation
Proven logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Over 18 years of age, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
