Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Envision Radiology is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative to join their team. The role involves answering inquiries from patients regarding account charges, insurance payments, and balances due, while performing various clerical duties such as collecting balances due and recording payments to accounts. Responsibilities Answers phones and assists facilities, payers, and patients with inquiries Sets up payment plans when requested by patients Contacts patients regarding their payment plan when required Maintains strict confidentiality regarding Patient Health Information (PHI) as well as follows HIPAA regulations Communicates questions and/or issues to the Lead and Supervisor when necessary Other duties as assigned Skills Fluent in Spanish and English 1+ year of Customer Service/Call Center experience – medical or healthcare preferred Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team player Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately Ability to excel in a very fast-pace team environment Ability to continuously “exceed” company and customer expectation Strong communication skills & professional demeanor Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent (GED) Knowledge of EOBs – preferred Continuing education preferred Benefits Health Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance Company Matched 401k Plan Employee Stock Ownership Plan Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays Employee Assistance Program Company Overview Envision Radiology provides imaging services for arthrograms, bone density, cardiac scoring, ultrasound, X-ray, CT and MRI scan.
