Remote Bilingual Customer Contact Agent (Dutch & English) - Remote - Evening & Weekend shifts only

We are looking for a bilingual ( Dutch & English ) customer contact agent to manage inbound and outbound calls, respond to online chats, participate in outbound campaigns, and maintain our CRM database. Your strong communication skills, commercial acumen, and customer-first mindset will be key in this dynamic role. Your role as Customer contact agent: • Handle e-mail communication with customers • Respond to inbound online chats professionally and efficiently • Participate in proactive outbound campaigns • Accurately update and manage customer data in the CRM system • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues To succeed in this role, you should bring: • Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) • Ability to understand English for internal communication and tools • Customer contact experience (call center or similar) • Ability to work weekends & evenings only • Commercial mindset and ability to upsell when appropriate • Proactive, team-oriented, and organized spirit • Previous experience in a similar role is a strong asset • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus What we offer: + Competitive remuneration potential that consists of a guaranteed monthly salary plus transparent and reachable success driven bonuses. +Fully remote position (work from anywhere in the world) + Coverage for internet and phone bills + Referral bonus + (Digital) team get-togethers and networking events are in our DNA! + Need a place to live?
