As a Bilingual Customer Account Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers, providing personalized support and resolving complex account questions via phone, email, and online chat. What You'll Need:
Bilingual Spanish/English verbal and written communication skills
Prior customer service experience (2 years preferred)
Ability to work from home with a focus space and limited distractions
High-speed Internet service and proficiency in MS Office and internal programs
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems
Confidence, empathy, and a customer-centric approach
Bachelor's degree (preferred); high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (required)
