The pay rate for this role is $16.00 to $22.00 per hour, reflecting our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
Minimum Qualifications
Culturally competent and knowledgeable in health communications related to mental health, substance abuse prevention, intervention, and treatment
Proven experience working in a fast-paced call/contact center environment, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
Proficient in Microsoft Office software products, including word processing and spreadsheet software
Demonstrated self-motivation, effective communication, organization, and process improvement skills
Excellent English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required
