About the Role: Benefits Call Center Representative at blithequark As a Remote Benefits Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in helping people daily by taking calls and actively listening while discussing employee benefits. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will be instrumental in creating positive experiences for our customers and clients. You'll manage a steady volume of incoming customer calls while navigating through multiple systems, and your punctuality and dependability will be key to our client's success. Key Responsibilities: Take calls from customers and provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to their queries and concerns. Discuss employee benefits, including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, and additional employee perks. Navigate through multiple systems to resolve customer queries efficiently. Manage a steady volume of incoming customer calls while maintaining a high level of productivity. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide comprehensive resolutions. Show great problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively multi-task. Requirements: What We're Looking For We're looking for people with a passion for customer service, natural empathy, and the determination to deliver a comprehensive resolution. To be successful in this role, you'll need: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide clear and concise resolutions. A reliable internet connection with a download speed equal to or greater than 25, upload speed equal to or greater than 5, and Ping ms equal to or less than 175. The ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router. Keyboarding and MS Office proficiency to efficiently navigate through multiple systems. Great problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively multi-task. A High school diploma or GED as a minimum educational qualification. The ability to pass a background check, potentially including Employment and Education verification. Must be 18 years or older . Compensation and Benefits We're offering a competitive hourly rate of $15/hr in Training and $16/hr in Production, plus benefits from your first day of employment.
