In this role, you will assist with scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that union members and veterans receive the benefits they deserve.
Key Responsibilities:

Β Assist in benefit enrollment and provide necessary follow-up support
Β Maintain accurate documentation and organize member files
Β Relay essential information to team members and support their daily tasks
Β Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available benefits and any changes in offerings
Qualifications:

Β Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
