REMOTE BCBA – HOURLY CONTRACT Clinical Support Role (Optional Path to Full-Time W-2) Location: Fully Remote (U.S. Based) Classification: 1099 Contractor Hourly Pay: $65–$80/hr DOE Schedule: 12–30 hours/week About Balance Behavior Therapy: Balance Behavior Therapy is a locally owned ABA practice in Burleson, Texas delivering child-centered, naturalistic therapy where Connection Creates Change. Our clinical approach emphasizes rapport, play-based learning, functional skill development, and individualized programming designed to meet children where they are; not one-size-fits-all protocols. What You’ll Do: • Provide remote clinical supervision and parent training with in person CM supports • Review treatment plans, SOAP notes, and behavior data • Support Case Managers and RBT teams on complex cases • Lead case conferences and mentor clinicians • Contribute to quality assurance and training initiatives Your Case Manager partner handles in person support, family communication, and day-to-day implementation, so your time is spent where it matters.
