Position Overview

As a Remote Baggage Claim Specialist at arenaflex, you will serve as the primary point of contact for passengers experiencing baggage-related issues. This includes assisting with lost, delayed, or damaged luggage claims, providing real-time tracking updates, and guiding customers through the resolution process. Key Responsibilities


Passenger Assistance: Respond to baggage-related inquiries from passengers experiencing lost, delayed, or damaged luggage. Provide compassionate support and clear guidance throughout the resolution process.

Claim Processing: Accurately process baggage claim reports in the airline's system, ensuring all details are documented properly for tracking and resolution purposes.

Real-Time Tracking: Provide passengers with timely updates on the status of their lost or delayed baggage, leveraging airline tracking systems and coordinating with baggage handling teams.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with airline staff, baggage handling teams, and logistics partners to locate missing luggage and facilitate timely delivery to passengers.

Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring compliance with airline policies while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
