The role involves developing and validating Python coding benchmarks, maintaining quality across benchmark tasks, and providing structured feedback on solution quality. Responsibilities • Develop and validate real-world Python coding benchmarks by curating issues, solutions, and test suites from production repositories.Ensure benchmark tasks include comprehensive unit and integration tests for reliable solution verification • Maintain consistency, scalability, and quality across benchmark task distributions • Debug, optimize, and document benchmark code to ensure reliability and reproducibility • Provide clear, structured feedback on solution quality, correctness, and clarity Skills • Strong experience as a backend software engineer, ML engineer, or applied data scientist • Strong proficiency in Python and backend development workflows • Experience debugging, testing, and validating production-quality code • Comfort working with real-world codebases and technical documentation • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured evaluation guidelines • Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment Company Overview • At Crossing Hurdles, we specialise in customised recruitment and staffing solutions designed to drive success for businesses and professionals.
