We are seeking highly motivated and experienced appointment setters with a proven track record in B2B cold calling, preferably with experience in grocery store appointment setting or similar advertising roles. If you have a strong passion for sales, excellent presentation skills, and a positive attitude, we want to hear from you.
The Role:
Make engaging 90-second phone pitches to small business owners to secure meetings with our sales representatives
Set 4-5 quality appointments per day, resulting in 2-3 sales per week
Utilize your exceptional verbal communication skills to build rapport with business owners and "sell the appointment"
Work independently in a remote setting, with a part-time schedule of 28 hours per week (Monday to Thursday, 7 hours per day)
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in outbound B2B appointment setting for grocery stores or similar advertising, with an additional 2 years of B2B appointment setting experience
Strong presentation and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude, high energy level, and resilience
Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office or Google Suite, and familiarity with auto-dialer or CRM systems
Coachable and willing to learn and adhere to proprietary sales techniques
