[Remote] AWS Sr. Consultant

They are seeking a Senior Consultant who will focus on business analysis, learning client needs, and eventually become an expert on AWS and Amazon Connect, leading implementations and driving innovation. The role involves collaborating with teams to design tailored solutions and engage with clients effectively. Responsibilities • Lead Discovery & Requirements: Lead requirements gathering sessions and drive conversations to understand client needs, breaking them down into small, manageable pieces • Agile Execution: Create detailed user stories and manage functional specifications to guide the development process • Client Engagement & Demos: Assist in preparing discovery workshops and conduct comprehensive product demos for clients following the initial bootcamp/enablement period • Solution Design: Utilize white-boarding and consultative techniques to map out business and technical landscapes • Platform Expertise: Gain deep knowledge of Telephony Systems and specifically AWS and the Amazon Connect platform to provide tailored, expert solutions • Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are met and the vision is executed correctly Skills • 3-10 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or project coordination • Required experience working with Contact Center platforms such as Twilio, Genesys, or Avaya • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related fields • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to lead high-level conversations and 'white-board' solutions live with clients • Interest in learning cloud platforms and technical solution design, specifically AWS and Amazon Connect • Proficiency in tools like Lucidchart, JIRA, or Confluence is a plus Benefits • Remote & In-Person • Travel • Flexibility • Collaboration • Celebrate Often Company Overview • NeuraFlash is a certified Salesforce Partner and a leading expert in AI, with decades of experience.
