[Remote] AWS Solution Architect

The AWS Solution Architect will enable sales and solutions teams in accelerating cloud adoption, focusing on AWS services and Generative AI, while collaborating with clients to design effective cloud solutions. Responsibilities • Lead technical discovery sessions with clients to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for GenAI adoption. • Architect end-to-end solutions using AWS native GenAI services, including Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Amazon Q, and related ML/AI tools. • Collaborate with sales and engagement teams to develop proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and proof-of-concept (POC) strategies. • Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective GenAI architectures. • Present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, articulating the business value of GenAI. • Stay current with AWS GenAI service updates and industry trends to inform solution design and client strategy. • Mentor internal teams and contribute to the development of reusable solution patterns and accelerators. Skills • 5 or more years of experience in cloud architecture, with at least 2 years focused on AWS GenAI services • Proven experience designing and deploying solutions using Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, and other AWS AI/ML services • Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns • Experience in presales or client-facing solutioning roles within a consulting or professional services environment • Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and event-driven design patterns • Excellent communication and presentation skills • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification or AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty certification • Experience with enterprise-scale GenAI use cases such as intelligent document processing, chatbots, code generation, or knowledge search • Hands-on experience with Python, LangChain, or similar frameworks for GenAI orchestration • Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance considerations in GenAI deployments • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders Benefits • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits • Additional earnings may be available through incentive programs like annual bonuses, profit sharing, etc. Company Overview • At TEKsystems, they understand people.
