About the Role:
Conduct financial audits for a diverse range of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
Prepare and review audit work papers and reports, providing technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Assist in planning and executing audit engagements, building strong relationships with clients, and providing valuable insights and advice.
Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and objectives, contributing to the growth and success of the firm.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary ($75,000 - $85,000 per year)
Fully remote work arrangement (must live in the U.S.)
Excellent work-life balance with a 9/80 work schedule (every other Friday off)
50-55 hour busy season
Closed the week between Christmas & New Years (not charged as PTO)
"No Meeting Fridays" company policy
9am-3pm PST core hours - work according to your personal schedule outside of that

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (CPA a plus)
2+ years of public accounting experience
Experience working on small and local government audits (cities, municipalities, school districts, etc.)
