[Remote] Audit Manager - CPA, Financial Statement Audit, Compilations

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CyberCoders is a regional full service CPA firm with multiple offices around the Cedar Rapids area. They are seeking an Audit Manager to lead audit engagements, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with GAAP while maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities • Lead audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets • Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills • Review and analyze financial statements to ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards • Communicate findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and professional manner • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and satisfaction • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations affecting audits • Prepare detailed audit reports and documentation for client presentations Skills • At least 6 years working in A&A within a public accounting environment • CPA Is REQUIRED • Ability for some travel for client engagements • Financial Statement Audit Experience Required • Ideally, have already worked as a manager for 1 year • B.S. in Accounting or related field, M.S. is preferred • EBP Is a Plus Benefits • 3 weeks PTO + Sick + Holiday • Path to Partner • 401k with 2% match • Profit Sharing • Company events, ballgames and more Company Overview • CyberCoders is a recruiting firm locating job positions across all industries, including finance, education, engineering and healthcare.
