Remote Attorney - Immediate Hire
Are you a compassionate attorney willing to help others? South Florida law firm is seeking attorneys to join our established team. This position is remote after a one week training period in our Broward County office. We are looking for an attorney to offer legal advice to individuals over the telephone, prepare correspondence and review documents. No case load. Must have been admitted to the Florida Bar minimum of 2 years and be in good standing and live in the State of Florida. This position is available to start immediately. Responsibilities: · Manage calls within established time requirements in a fast-paced environment · Identify and assess customer’s legal issue and document in our proprietary software · Review documents on behalf of clients · Preparation of correspondence · Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law · Go the extra mile to engage customers and build a telephone relationship Job Requirements: · Minimum 2 years Florida Bar admission · Spanish fluent a plus · Excellent research, writing and verbal communication skills · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Strong customer service and personal service orientation · Ability to build rapport with clients and work in a collaborative atmosphere · Ability to ask pertinent questions, actively listen to answers and synthesize information in order to formulate advice based on sound judgement and strong knowledge of the law and legal precedence Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
