Remote Attorney (Florida Licensed) | Civil, Criminal & Transactional Law | Work From Home
DSK Law (de Beaubien, Simmons, Knight, Mantzaris, Neal, LLP) is a well-established Central Florida law firm seeking a Florida-licensed Remote Attorney to provide legal advice and consultations for our Legal Service Plans. This is a fully remote/work-from-home attorney position supporting clients across Florida.
We are hiring a Remote Attorney / Associate Attorney / Staff Attorney with experience in:
• Civil law
• Criminal law
• Transactional law
• Legal document review and drafting
• Client consultations (phone-based legal advice)
Key Responsibilities
• Provide legal consultations by phone (high-volume client interaction)
• Advise clients on civil, criminal, and general legal matters
• Review contracts, legal documents, and correspondence
• Deliver excellent client service and legal guidance
• Maintain accurate case notes and documentation
• Work independently in a remote legal environment
Minimum Qualifications
• Active Florida Bar License (required)
• 2+ years attorney experience (civil, criminal, or transactional)
• Experience with legal research, drafting, and document review
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage workload in a remote/work-from-home setting
• Must be a Florida resident
Preferred Qualifications
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Experience with legal service plans or high-volume consultations
• Background in consumer-facing legal services
