[Remote] Associate, Procurement

The Associate, Procurement will provide help desk services, analyze technical data, and support supply chain logistics while assisting with material research and ordering. Responsibilities Performs help desk services providing 24/7 Telephone support for vital equipment and problem resolution/troubleshooting to provide fault isolation and recommended corrective actions Analyzes technical data, failure analysis reports, and original equipment manufacturing notices to determine/formulate recommendations regarding system sparing, repair cycle venues, failure corrective actions, and sustainable replacement items Receive, track, document, and store parts in all phases of the repair cycle Experience or certification as an instructor/trainer Provides supply support through material research, ordering, warranty tracking, packaging, handling, storing and transporting Experience in logistics support, familiarity with logistics practices and processes Experience using logistics tools and metrics Skills Applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, or related Engineering discipline or have completed their Bachelor's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age Performs help desk services providing 24/7 Telephone support for vital equipment and problem resolution/troubleshooting to provide fault isolation and recommended corrective actions Analyzes technical data, failure analysis reports, and original equipment manufacturing notices to determine/formulate recommendations regarding system sparing, repair cycle venues, failure corrective actions, and sustainable replacement items Receive, track, document, and store parts in all phases of the repair cycle Provides supply support through material research, ordering, warranty tracking, packaging, handling, storing and transporting Experience in logistics support, familiarity with logistics practices and processes Experience using logistics tools and metrics Experience or certification as an instructor/trainer Benefits Health and disability insurance 401(k) match Flexible spending accounts EAP Education assistance Parental leave Paid time off Company-paid holidays Company Overview L3Harris Technologies provides platform management system solutions for armed forces.
