Key Responsibilities Design and Develop Engaging Training Content: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, curate, and gather data to create high-quality storyboards and educational materials in various formats, ensuring error-free content that meets the needs of diverse audiences. Test and Review Content: Conduct thorough testing and review of content to ensure quality assurance and adherence to The Home Depot's standards. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Provide guidance and support to internal and external subject matter experts to gather required work and assignment data, ensuring that content is accurate and relevant. Utilize eLearning Development Tools: Leverage standard eLearning development tools and software, such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate, to create engaging and interactive content. Communicate Project Status: Proactively communicate project and task status to client groups and management, ensuring transparency and timely updates. Review and Revise Content: Review and revise material against accepted The Home Depot standards for quality, ensuring that content meets the required standards. Essential and Preferred Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old or older. Must be legally authorized to work in the US. Basic knowledge of educational curricula and adult learning theories. Proficiency with software, including Microsoft Office. Basic knowledge of standard eLearning development tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Formal degree or certification in Curriculum, Adult Learning, Visual Communications, or related field. Experience with photo-editing software, such as Photoshop or GIMP. Experience using SharePoint. Experience working with video creation software, such as Camtasia or Adobe Premiere. 2+ years of relevant work experience.
