This role involves providing daily customer support and managing the practice for Financial Advisor teams, ensuring effective delivery of financial solutions to clients.ResponsibilitiesMeet regularly with Advisor(s) and manage the daily servicing needs for assigned customer portfolio to support the Advisor(s) in identifying customer needs and delivering solutionsMaintain the new customer onboarding service model and standardsAnticipate customer needs, recognize opportunities and recommend appropriate Wealth Management support and services to the primary AdvisorProperly execute on transactions in a timely manner. Prepare and maintain appropriate documentation ensuring completeness and accuracy. Follow through on the submission of documents to ensure timely and accurate completionComplete Client Instructed Trades under the supervision of the Advisor(s) for less complex or self-directed clientsMonitor account activity by reviewing and validating daily transactions. Support the documentation of all customer contacts, written and verbal to confirm customer discussions and actionsMonitor portfolio of accounts, notify Advisor of outstanding balances and anticipated cash needsCoordinate with Advisor(s) to schedule and facilitate customer reviews, with awareness of the administrative risk associated with account administrationAssist Advisor(s) with the financial planning process, including data collection and entryComplete the annual review process for less complex clients as assigned by the Advisor(s) in a timely mannerApply expertise to solve customer issues using sound analytical thinking and identify innovative solutions. Engage internal or external resources when necessary for more complex customer issuesAssist Advisor(s) with the planning, coordination and execution of marketing plan and customer touchpointsAttend cross-functional meetings on behalf of the Advisor(s) to provide knowledge and insights on Wealth Management customersComplete and submit Annuity orders to support client goals and advisor recommendationsExhibit professional behavior and promote positive and collaborative working relationshipsUnderstand and comply with bank policy, laws, FINRA regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to all job dutiesSkillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, a related field or equivalent experienceFINRA Series 7 and 66 (or Series 7, 63 & 65) registrationsState Life, Accident & Health and Variable Contract insurance licensesWorking knowledge of all standard concepts and procedures with area of expertiseExcellent orientation to detail.
