Influential is in search of an experienced Associate, Creative to spearhead the development of compelling copy for dynamic campaigns serving Fortune 500 brands. The role will lead the creative strategy to deliver top-tier creator marketing campaigns, harmonizing client objectives with insights-driven creativity. Responsibilities Generate innovative and compelling advertising concepts that align with beauty brand briefs and objectives Brainstorm ideas and develop unique campaign concepts Adeptly craft persuasive and engaging copy and visual concepts for various proposals and campaigns Ensure that the messaging resonates with the bolthires audience and effectively communicates the brand's message and value proposition Create content that tells a story and connects with consumers on an emotional level Conduct research to gather information about bolthires audiences, market trends, and competitors Work closely with Strategy and Creator Management teams to develop integrated campaigns that align with the overall creative vision Ensure that all messaging maintains brand consistency and adheres to the brand’s guidelines Contribute to the creative development process by providing ideas, insights, and input during brainstorming sessions and creative reviews Skills At least 1+ years experience in creative strategy, marketing/advertising, or creator marketing A keen eye for design and experience creating visually compelling slide decks Strategic thinking skills with an understanding of how to create engaging, high-performing content across all major social media platforms Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising and copywriting Comfortable navigating the nuances of developing creative copy for beauty brands You're an insanely strong communicator with presentation skills that command attention You must have strong writing skills…because you're going to write…a lot You have a bias for action and don't wait to improve our team's output You're comfortable creating organization and processes where none may already exist Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Extremely proficient in bolthires Slides and PowerPoint Startup experience is strongly preferred Company Overview Influential is an A.I.social data and conversion platform that partners with IBM Watson for influencer marketing and technology.
